LandlordTrack provides property management tools including tenant tracking, rent collection, maintenance management, and AI-assisted features. AI-generated content is for informational purposes only and does not constitute legal, financial, or professional advice.
New accounts receive a 7-day free trial with full portfolio access. After the trial period, a paid subscription is required to continue using the service. Billing is handled securely through Stripe.
We store only the data necessary to provide the service. We do not sell your data to third parties. Tenant information you enter is your responsibility to handle in compliance with applicable privacy laws.
AI features use Claude (Anthropic) to process your queries. Do not submit sensitive personal information (SSNs, full financial account numbers) to AI features. AI responses are not legal advice.
LandlordTrack is provided "as is." We are not liable for any damages arising from use of the service, including missed payments, lease disputes, or decisions made based on AI suggestions.
You may cancel your subscription at any time through the billing portal. Cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing period.
